How far ahead should we start planning?

For Schengen or UK travel in the summer months, four to five months is comfortable — visa appointments at VFS are the bottleneck, not the flights. Dubai can be arranged in three to four weeks. If your dates are tighter than that, call us anyway; we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than take the booking and hope.

Question 2

Do you publish fixed package prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Every journey we build differs by dates, hotel category, group size and how much of the arrangement you want us to handle, so a fixed price on a web page would be either misleading or padded. Send us an enquiry and you will get a costed, itemised proposal — with what is included and what is not stated plainly.

Question 3

What happens if our visa is refused?

Accepted Answer

We prepare the file to avoid it, and our first-time approval rate is high. If a refusal does happen, we review the reasoning with you, correct the file and reapply, and we work with your airline and hotels on the booking. Where we have been able to hold rather than issue tickets, that exposure is limited.

Question 4

Can you arrange Jain, vegetarian or Halal meals?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is a normal part of how we plan rather than a special request. Airline meals are requested at ticketing, hotels are briefed before arrival, and we identify suitable restaurants along each day's route — including in the Alps, where it takes more planning than it does in Dubai or London.

Question 5

Do you handle group and corporate travel?

Accepted Answer

We do — family groups, incentive trips and offsites. Group fares, block hotel allocations, coordinated visa filing for the whole party and a single point of contact throughout. Tell us the headcount and rough dates and we will come back with a structure.

Question 6

We only need flights, or only the visa. Is that fine?

Accepted Answer

Completely fine. Plenty of clients come to us for IATA-accredited ticketing or visa filing alone and plan the rest themselves. There is no obligation to take the full arrangement.
